Our model is different than most fitness programs out there. We take a holistic approach to the well-being of all our clients. Fitness is a combination of being mentally and physically sound. Our bodies not only need exercise, but just as, if not more important, the proper nutrition to stay healthy and energized

Because we truly believe that EVERYBODY CAN HAVE A FIT BODY, we offer a variety of programs to choose from.

All of our well-rounded  programs include both physical activity and a nutrition plan that supports your body and lifestyle. Every program we put together keeps each individual's specific goals and abilities in mind; we consider all aspects of your life and create goals that are realistic on your road to a healthier lifestyle

SMALL GROUP

Each of our one-hour classes is led by a well-qualified trainer. Although the exercises in each class are designed for a group format, we also modify them according to each individual's fitness level; you will get step-by-step instructions on each exercise and personalized feedback on your form. Being part of a group class with others that are committed to fitness and self-improvement can make a huge difference in your overall progress. Groups are limited to 12 clients to ensure our coaches can also maintain a level of individualized attention.

 

While the workouts are different from day to day, each follows a similar format: an appropriate 10-15 minute warm-up session followed by 35-40 minutes of strength training, cardio and conditioning  and finished with a 10-minute cool down/stretching time.  

INDIVIDUAL

Individual training is right for you if you desire the benefits of one-on-one attention, are a complete beginner, want more accountability, are looking to rehabilitate from an injury or simply want to take your training to the next level. You will work one on one with a trainer and each session will be tailored to  your personal goals.

 

We will start with a health assessment/evaluation to determine your overall ability, strengths/weaknesses, any mobility restrictions, etc. From there, we will design a personalized nutrition plan and workout schedule that fits your schedule. In each session, you will receive the full attention of one of our personal trainers/coaches. 

FOREVER FIT

Regular physical activity and exercise are important to the physical and mental health of almost everyone, including older adults. Whether you're in your 60s, 70s or beyond, staying physically active and exercising regularly can produce long-term health benefits and even improve health. Many health experts say that older adults should aim to be as active as possible. 

 

While Forever Fit is similar to our small group classes, we include specifically designed exercises for our older clients. This is a low-cost, highly adaptable program offering levels that are challenging enough for active older adults yet manageable regardless of your current activity level. This is a progressive resistance training exercise program designed to safely increase strength, stability, flexibility, range of motion, mobility, gait, balance and alleviate pain.

FITBODY KIDS

A fun fitness program for kids age 6-11. Each session includes circuit training, obstacle courses, yoga and field-day activities. The program is designed to enhance your child's strength, stamina, agility, flexibility and balance. Classes are limited to 10 kids and offered  at various times throughout the year. 

REMOTE SESSIONS

Don't live in the area or would prefer to not spend time traveling to us? We can train you through FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp, Talky, Google Voice ... whatever voice/video chat platform you prefer. You will receive one-on-one, individualized, personal sessions. We may also communicate some of your routines, meal plans, etc. through email.

 

We will agree upon the frequency and length of your sessions so that the schedule matches your goals. As time goes on, this schedule will be modified based on your progress.  

PRIVATE, OFF-SITE TRAINING

We come to you! Our private in-home training programs include highly effective, unique work outs that take place in the convenience and privacy of your own home or designate site. We provide you with a customized plan that is convenient in your every day schedule and one that you can do on your own terms if you need to. 

 

No equipment is required, we will provide everything needed for our programs. However, if you have a home gym or your own equipment we can integrate both with our workouts. Appointments are made around your schedule.

CORPORATE TRAINING

We come to you ... at work! Companies large and small are discovering the positive benefits of providing workplace fitness programs. They’re realizing that the tremendous financial costs associated with employee health problems can be cut drastically by proactively investing in appropriately designed corporate fitness programs. 

 

Statistics show that companies with corporate fitness programs enjoy: reduced health care costs; increased productivity; reduced absenteeism and stress; decreased recruitment and retraining costs; improved employee concentration; mental alertness and creativity; plus, improved physical and emotional health leading to better employee morale. 

 

We offer a flexible fitness program that your employees can participate in with minimal space and no equipment. We are confident in our service and will provide a free demo class to show you what we can do. Our recommendation is a minimum of 5 employees and a maximum of 12, at your facility 1–5 times a week.

We charge the clients directly so this is free for your company to offer, unless your company wishes to subsidize the program. In that case, we can arrange a payment process. For clients, our pricing structure will vary based on how many days per month you plan on attending class.
