About The Event
If you joined us last year for this event you’ll know it was a ton of fun, and we were impressed by how many squats the Grand Prize winner completed!
This is how our next four weeks are broken down, beginning Saturday May 19th.
WEEK ONE: (May 19th) 100 squats…you can break this down to 10 squats 10 times a day or 100 squats in one shot…
WEEK TWO: (May 26th) 200 squats..break it down to 20 squats 10 times a day or 100 squats twice a day..
WEEK THREE: (June 2nd) 300 squats! You can break it down 30 squats 10 times day or 50 six times day..however you want!
WEEK FOUR: (June 9th) 400 squats! …I hope you’ve caught on by now..break it down however it works best for you, just get all your squats in!!! Let’s strengthen those legs!
Saturday, June 23rd @ 9am is when the real competition begins! Join us at Empowered Fitbody Training Center (55 New Wood Rd, Watertown, CT)
Here we will battle it out competing for the Top Squatter title. Top squatter will win the Grand CA$H PRIZE!
$20 gets you a chance to compete and enjoy a light breakfast ...all are welcome to join…. ALL ENTRIES & PAYMENTS must be made by Saturday June 9th.
